I really thought choosing Juan Bobadilla/JB Services was good since I saw the work that he did for another house. He drew up a very reasonable contract conveniently leaving out from his words "small purchases that I would have to make" such as flooring, kitchen cabinets, etc. Long story short. I've been out of my home since August. He has completed 1/3 of the work on my house. I would never, never, never, never use him again.
