Dillards
Dropped credit limit from 800 to 530 and said they sent a letter which was a lie

Had an account with Dillards since 2006. Worked my credit limit to 800. Paid my account on time always and sometimes triple pay the amount due. Went on line and found that my credit limit decrease from 800 to 530. Showed a over the limit. Called them got nowhere. Spoke to supervisor got nowhere.

Told them I was reporting them. Also told them this account will be paid soon, and I better not get charge a over the limit fee. If I did a lawyer will be contacting them soon!!! I decided to send them a email from the Dillards online contact guess what still haven't heard from them. Not alone am I going to pay this credit card off but I will never ever shop there again. I also have a few friends from the hospital and they are doing the same thing. They will regret ever doing this!!! 1
