We hired this company to go to one of our retail stores to repair a toilet that was not working properly. They called us from the location to tell us that they had to tighten the chain that went to the flapper. They were on site for 35 minutes and charged us $190.00. The next day we got a call that the toilet was not working again, we sent them back on a warranty call and they told us that they had to do the same thing. They claim that the store manager must have played with it after he left the store. His tech left the store at 6pm the first night, which means that the store was only open 3 more hours and we got the phone call the very next morning and they were on site around noon that day which is not alot of time. They tried to charge us an additional $120.00 fore the second trip but we refused but ended up agreeing to pay them $85.00 to make them go away.in total we paid this company $275.00 to adjust a flapper twice due to their poor workman ship. After they received payment from us, they turned around and placed a lien on the store for an additional $172.59. When we tried to get the lawsuit changed to our name we were not able to do so due the law because the company would not agree because fighting us they knew we had all the documentation to prove them wrong and they would not be able to collect the additional funds. This company obviously knows how to rip off companies and is very misleading in the pricing and service that they give to customers. They have yet to remove the lien even though they have been paid and the check cleared. This company clearly is into extorting money from innocent people even if willing to go to another state to defend themselves, can not because they go after the retail stores instead of the maintenance companies that hire them.
