Ordered Business Kit and Paid for it, Never received Kit, Tried to get refund of $359.00... Waited for 2 months. Still waiting. Big ripoff!

I received a brochure about this company 'NSBA' in the mail. I decided to sign up for this kit because it sound interesting. I thought that this kit will help me with resources on starting a 'small business'... I send back the card that came in the mail, then they charge my debit/credit card for the membership fee of $149.00... Then following that, I was charge another $359.00 for the remaining fees. These fees suppose paid for evrything you need to get started as a business owner.

Make the story short - Because the way the contract was written, the $149.00 was non-refundable, but if you send back the kit, they promise within 30 days to refund the $359.00 to you... Long and behold - that didn't happen.instead, they never sent me the kit and kept my $359.00. I follow the instruction on what to do... No money... I even tried to get my bank to reimburse me, but they told me, since I authorized this transaction, that they cant help me... It's between me and the merchant. I decided to write - Finney - on the your side... Hopefully, I will get my money back... I did learn a lesson from this... If something is too good to be true, it normally ISN'T...

P.S.I. M still trying to get my $359.00... I've called several times. They keep telling me that they dont know when I will get the money... Bull!!!
