Warning Do NOT do business with Realty Trade

We were so fortunate not to lose lots of money with Realtytrade. When they contacted us about renting our timeshare, they wanted $1495 up front. Since I don't use credit cards to pay for anything, I told them I would have to send a check—but couldn't pay it all at once.

They agreed to let me mail them $895 dollars and a signed contract (which they emailed to me).inadvertently, we forgot to enclose the check when we mailed the contract.

Having an unsettled feeling about this company, we decided to check them out with this site and the Better Business Bureau. They have a rating of F. When we failed to send them the check, they sent us a nasty email about wasting their time. (I guess they don't feel like they wasted my time and my cell phone minutes with their sales pitch that is a fraud.)
