Bad Billing

I purchased online advertising from these guys and tried it for two months. I did not make one sale. I called and cancelled my account, which they did. I asked for a refund and they refused. They said their service was to keep my website up on the first search page, which it was, but that they couldn't guarantee someone would buy from me.

Now I ask you, why would I advertise if it didn't bring me sales? I believe I am owed a refund.
