Flat advance amount is not being returned by the builde

I settled progress to get a level with Rao & Rao Building. They robbed me and explained that the files associated with the countries can be found and also the mortgage procedure won't take some time. It has been 6 months now. Since last a few months I'm requesting them to come back the cash although not body is reacting precisely and happening stretching the full time. I'm unsatisfied using their providers and that I need my return my cash back. Our buddy can also be struggling with exactly the same issue in the same contractor.
