This "roofing company" from Theodore, Alabama is operating in Houston following hurricane Ike. Your area should beware of the complaints of poor workmanship and integrity of work. I have secured a default judgment in Baldwin County District Court regarding a roof that was put on following hurricane Katrina. The roof was not installed according to manufacturer's instructions and has been leaking in many areas. Even the new chimney stack was installed backwards and had to be replaced. Throughout the entire process of my complaint in court, this guy would not communicate with me or the court before or after the judgment. The history following this guy should be strong evidence that he should not be trusted to do repairs. I learned the hard way but I am giving you warning about this person and his work and history of complaints filed in court. The public in your community should be warned. I am attaching what I have pulled from the internet searches in Wisconsin and Florida. This guy goes so far as to use the BBB logo without authorization and I believe his contract statements regarding being bonded with general liability and worker's compensation are questionable. The license number being used in Texas is the same one that was used in Alabama. You can find out a lot about this guy by going to the court and probate records in Wisconsin, Florida, and Alabama. Your reporters could and should check this guy and his company out before Houston adds to the damage done. I would like very much to speak with any of your reporters regarding this email.
