Gift Wrapper Position Scam&No payment after delivery, no contact

I received an email from George Warner about a position with Wal-Mart as a gift wrapper. They would send me small goods (electric or clothing) and I would wrap them and ship them off. I got the email on January 16 and was hired on January 20. I signed the employment agreement and faxed it on January 21.
I received all needed to do the job on January 23. I completed 13 shipments for them and we had continuous contact with each other up until it was time for them to pay me. I received an email from my project manager Michael Hayden stating that my check had been invoiced and that I would be receiving it within 8 business days. The invoice no. Was given # 1106155 and was told that my check would arrive by March 12-13. I never received a payment and I never heard from them any more. I called all of them numbers that they gave me and the numbers are all out of service. They do not respond to emails either (Michael Hayden or George Warner).
I have consider contacting Wal-Mart in regards to this because it was a very elaborate scam. I have all of the email that they sent me (incoming and outgoing) along with a copy of the employment agreement that was signed by me.
