The customer is never right, ever, customer service programs

Both companies have not for the customer service programs which favor the company not the customer. Both read from a script which usually ends providing no assistance or means to resolve a denied rebate claim. This enable one of them to "pocket" the rebate intended for the customer.

Hostile attitudes from call center reps and a lack of any type of positive assistance to resolve rebate problems is not in the best interest of the customer. My contact with both of these companies leaves me wanting to puke. I'll be tellingothers that purchasing from theNerds and rebates from the national rebate center are both bad, very bad ideas.
