I paid for a consultation to see the Sessions & Kimball law firm. I was told that the amount of money Mr Kimball could get out of this lawsuit is too little for him to get involved. I was terminated after a bit less than one year, after I reported some issues through HR and later whistleblower and after i was treated for depression related to this stress and getting bad memos from mangement. I kept lots of emails that showed that I was a good employee and the bad faith of the employer when created memos.

The attorney asked little questions and seemed not to be very interested from the beginning, did not ask about the memos I mentioned, that is all reasons of being fired and told me that I do not deny that you may have suffered from depression, letting me thinking that he does not beleive me, although I took medication and had a claim for worker compensation and mentioned that to him. I had depression in the past and I took medication this was a relapse.
But he had time to ask about my name, which country I was borned.

It was time lost and 60 dollars lost.
I would not recommand that to anyone else.
Is it any lawyer in Orange County that could take my case and not because
I will pay for it myself?
