A tax professional took my money

I created the mistake of choosing roni lynn deutch to deal with my back tax problems, i paid-up front over $500.00, second-guessed our decision of hiring them, named 24 hours later to cancel their providers, required reimbursement, was misinformed on paperwork reguarding reimbursement, fundamentally got returned $123.00 of the $500.00 cost. Why would they keep or consider no service from them whatsoever to cost over $390.00? They did nothing for me! I ended support 24 hours later! Wheres my full refund? Anybody processing a class action suit please reply, i'm willing to participate!
