Shops, Products, Services

Please be advised, anyone having trouble with Sprint PCS Wireless services should contact the Better Business Bureau immediately either by calling or going to the website at www.bbb.org.

If you cannot spell or sound somewhat grammatically correct, please do not contact them (this goes for about 50% of all the people who sent in reports to this website). Ignorance won't get this problem solved.

Sprint PCS has made every effort to cut its customers off from being able to speak with a live representative. While they have made significant cutbacks in customer service, they have also made technical changes to their wireless service that have created constant signal drop-outs - (SIGNAL FADED), breakup, and SPRINT PCS SERVICE UNAVAILABLE TRY ANALOG, to NETWORK BUSY, all of which causes you to either lose connection on a current call, or unable to complete a call.

This results in several things, including wasting more of your minutes (you get charged a full minute the first second you are connected), service being virtually useless in the case of an emergency when you need service that works right here, right now, and it makes the customer extremely frustrated when they cannot even speak with a representative about the problems they are having.
