Agents are clueless about there jobs (they are straight up soupsandwiches)

In feb my child support case started 2008 the usual baby mama drama/DCSS my balance was $1096.00 back child support, after audit), ok filled out income and expense paper work for division v norwalk, compton, torrance, lakewood, paramount, san pedro, long beach, harbor city, carson, the division is 20221 s. Hamilton ave. Torrance, ca 90502 whose handling my case. My case was open 2008 Feb. Mean while Department child support is garnishing my WAGES without a COURT ORDER word up started in April.in August they sent out a termination letter to my employer. So from Sept to Feb no child support was collected,) Now my actual balance NOW is $8900.00/ now in back child support due asap. The AGENTS are quick to let me know by letter that we didnot recieved payments why is that? I got to explain to AGENTS, i recieved the copy of my termination letters / payments that DCSS so they say that they did not sent out when the letter head is DCSS Los angeles!!! In august went to the Child support department at lease 3times, Sept 3times, Oct 3x to discuss my case and my driving preveliges where DMV will be suspending my DL in 3 mths, the AGENT as the said to me dont worry we give you a letter and send the message off to DMV, and will in put in the system to dmv to release your DL, I said ok cool no heartburns!!! On Oct 31 went in face to face with an AGENT arrive @ 0830am), was close to 11am, (she had 2ea double quarter pounders cheese burgers and a diet coke just hand delivered to her desk), she made a comment so she hurried me up / brush me off soo she can stuff her faces), she straight up told me that I have to pay lump sum to get my driving preveliges back or 10%, I told the AGENT Ms Harring are you serious!!! This was not what was told to me last several months, last several mths I was good to go, now is a whole different situation with these AGENTS. These AGENTS are straight up LOST SOULS when dealing with people cases real talk and hence DONT not know there JOBS REAL TALK, so then she brushed me off saying well there nothing dcss can do, and also, most of the times I called on the phone system live to talk with a agent, seriously I don't understand what what half of the agents are saying/talking about or explaining about my case some of the senerio is like this good example: broken english on the phone (-how help you today, you have case, now pay in lum som now ahhhh cee or payfull bill in full, to void dmv suspense, you want arrears go down you pay [ten% what you owe or option you pay in full. AGENT on Phone said me so sorry cant help you, go to the courts, and so on...) to me, told her I want to request a state hearing ASAP. Three months passed nothing. Then another AGENT from the Laision called me on Fri 28 March about (1420), said she want to discuss my case with me, I said ok cool, the AGENT) how you may call them was straight dry guessing my entire case was CLUELESS WOMAN, very off on my wages, dates, location of my case, on what I pay, which division is handling my case, she told me shes here to help me etc... {the BS palava continues} that my monthly child support is not even close to what she is talking about, after 1hr 20mins in to the conversation when I asked her questions concerning my case MS Octava (LAISON AGENT) she straight up told me listen I dont have the case in front of me sorry, what is wrong with these people!!! Here to help for nothing! Wasted 50mins of my breath with her BS!
Received court documents in OCTOBER for court services in NOV The print on the court order form said my case is in ventura county superior court 300 S Victoria Street Ca 93001 in November for visitation, for child support department, for a case that was open in los Angeles County, ok its gets better let me explain, call DCSS up, while the agent was chewing "gum smacking" its all bout keepin it professinal here in these departments told me that I got to be present there in ventura county for the case, unless Im dead that my only excuse to not show up real talk! Then went to los angeles child support services (agents) they called themselves, even on the automated system does not even work properly, seriously don't know there jobs just there for the paychecks, just a (uniform @ the desk), My guess they would rather to continue to HELP PRISONERS, have us Reduction In wk force ] or get put behind BARS for driving on a suspended license because AGENTS don't know how to do ther jobs to aid assist the distressed / hardship in my life.
