A couple of years ago after trying to work out past employee payroll taxes after a couple years of tumoil we phoned FSTN. Little did we know that as soon as they cashed in on the $3000.00 non refundable retainer, we would have a war just to get past the receptionist on the phone. I got the run around.

No one is in. Your files were just transferred to someone who is more familiar with your type of problem., Or the head of the department is reveiwing it., your file just went to the back. As often as I was told someone else was reviewing or working on it, I beleived that some one actually had done something and knew something. Anything. No answers, No help.

We wanted our businesses taxes and other compiled interest and such to be paid but we, being levied here AND there. Not so funny... Our checks to IRS as well as other tax agencies bounced more than once as our account was still being levied, incurring more penalties, interest, ect..

A "representative" (salesman) came down to our office and let us know all of the things they could do for us. He even made the contract that we signed make alot of sense. Smooth. Hope. Too bad a didn't see a con for a con.
They do not return phone calls. They are nasty and treat you like you might as well be a theif for getting behind on taxes to bein with. The revenue officer I've dealt with is a much more polite

On many occaions I would wait or many days for a return call. Chech my VM constantly. I would then call every days or so, never having it returned. The last time I phoned, I told the receptionist that I was very angry that I never had calls returned for months at a time, that I would like to speak to Jeryry's boss. Funny my other line began to ring while I was on hold. It was a very enthusiastic Jerry Adams.

The conversation was one of belttlement on his part telling me that if we weren't in compliance they could do nothing. When I asked what they had done there was alot of circle talking instead of any answer. He was nasty and rude. He then phoned my partner then there phone call was more of the same.

When I think about F.S.T.N. I become sick to my stomache. Literally.in retrospect, I see that the more I pay to the IRS the more F.S.T. N will earn. They negotiated nothing for us. Yet I pay them monthly. For fear of giving up on the thousands we handed them, trusting them to help us find a settlement for our tax problems. What a hoax. Just deal with the IRS.

They aren't going to cut you any deals however at least those thousands of dollars will go toward your ever incrueing tax, interest and penalty debt and you'll know that they want all they can get out of you, that's their job! As for FSTN, if anything is knocked off of the many thousands that continue to grow they will get 20% of it, or at least half a years wages for some.

I must count my blessings each day. Best wishes, try to stay positive, it's a life long battle!
