Income tax Negotiators - FRAUDS! Did NOTHING before AND after I was levied & liened!

Hired FSTN, Federal and State Tax Negotiators in December. Paid them $1500 at time of appointment and $35 a month for OVER 2 1/2 years, while they told me they were "Working in it", and how "This is a lengthy process" and "we just need some more info" or Can you fax your taxes over to us again?" and on and on.

My "agent" instructed me to give him my yearly taxes and that he was "taking care of everything else". He claimed to be working "diligently" with the IRS and that I needed to keep on paying and following his instructions to ensure that he "could keep negotiating my bill for pennies on the dollar of the total amount owed. He even told me that my most of my payments to them would be used to cover any final amount i may owe the IRS and that I would probably get a check for OVER PAYING! Ha!!! They never spoke once to the IRS except to file the original POA form. From then on all they did was take my monthly payment and shuffle papers.in fact, they didn't even file my taxes and would have owed more if it wasn't for the fact that i was due a refund for those years. But by the time I was able to figure out their scam, I actually lost 2 years of refunds.

Then in June my wages were levied, my house AND bank account had liens on them and ALL my money was GONE!!! When I called FSTN, they all of a sudden claimed that it was MY FAULT! Some how I didn't do something right and when I balked at that, the next day all my calls started going unreturned. When I showed up at their office one day they directed me to call their "head" office in Eastern WA and I never got any return calls from them. After that, somehow, nobody was the right person and no one knew about my file.

The Whole 2 1/2 years I was dealing with FSTN, the IRS was adding interest and penalites, Now I owe the IRS twice what i originally did and believe it or not, FSTN has sent me to collections telling me that I owe them an ADDITIONAL $350 for services rendered. ARE THEY KIDDING???

All the IRS had to say was "your bad, should have done your reseasrch." and "wow! Just think all that money you paid to them you could have applied to your bill."

BEWARE!!! DON'T trust ANY company that claims to be able to settle your bill with the IRS. The best thing for you to do is bite the bullet, either make arrangements for repayment yourself or HIRE AN ATTORNEY SPECIALIZING IN TAXES...
