Has not refunded money for magizene purchase even though request was sent within the 3 day limit for cancelation

My wife ordered a magazine from these people not realizing what the cost was. The sales girl was real good. We attempted to cancel the order within the first 3 days with no luck even sent the cancellation notice by certified mail which was never signed for. We finally got a call from a Carol Williams who said that our refund would be in the male within a week. Well that was about 6 weeks ago. Now when you call the number 256-270-9114 all you get is a busy signal. I would be happy to talk to Mr. Fussell if only he would answer the phone. He wrote a rebuttal to Andy of Lake City, Tennessee stating that his company was not scamming anyone well I beg to differ. As far as I am concerned Mr Fussell has stolen $40.00 from me. I hope that you are proud.
