National Reader Services
They were gonna charge for six month and recive magazines for 5 years. Then call and say I have to pay 30 more months. Minneapolis

I was contacted by the National Reader Service in 2006 and I agreed to pay $20 a month for about 6 months and in return I would receive 5 years worth of five different magazines. I was contacted a week ago and they stated that there was a problem with the delivery of the magazines,

Now, in March I receive a phone call and they are telling me that I need to pay for the next 36 months, $59 per month. The girl that I spoke with (Jackie) told me however that she could lower that to $30 months and the payments would be $39. This is however unacceptable because I have already payed what was agreed. They are unable to produce the recording from 2006 when I agreed to this deceptive business deal. There was nothing that went on writing, and now I feel that this company is ripping -off many people like myself around the country.

I would like to know what happens in terms of liability if I change my card number. Paying $1,200 for the next 2 years is absurd and someone at the Attorney General's Office should look into this fraudulent company that seeks to scam people out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars even when we as consumers have met our end of the deal.
