This company claims we signed up for long distance. They played a recording of a man they say worked for me, he said he was our ceo. I am the ceo and i'm a female. I told the hard-headed silv customer service rep that the number in question is a fax line. She kept saying this man approved our charges. He said he was the ceo. Well, my dear, i could tell you that i'm president of the united states, doesn't mean i am. Look up our company records and you find that i run this company, not the person you claim approved these charges.

As i later found out, silv represents themselves as being from whatever phone company you happen to be with. They're just a slammer or crammer.

From one business to another — hey silv, i worked hard to get where i am, i run a company just like you, and i'm nobody's punk. I work in the international shipping world, the most cut-throat, crap-infested industry on this plaent. I have met far beter cons than you, i assure you of that.

Don't push your luck with me. If i am smart enough to keep my company afloat, i will catch your scam pretty quickly.

For all victims of this company — please take the time to report this to your public services commission or public utility commission, and respective state attorney generals.
