Posing as AT&T and offering lower rates for local and long distance service

Silv Transmission presented as AT&T declaring they'll decrease your statement fo nearby and long-distance calling. I acknowledge it, I dropped for that fraud and did a telephone saving of me accepting with a conditions. I simply have no idea how they got my info and just how AT&T permitted them to cost this on my telephone bill.
