Unable to collect the balance of Deposit

I engaged Top Dog to find a tenant for my home. While they were able to do so, their methods are not up to par. They left the key under a rock and did not accompany the prospective tenants when showing the property.

Despite this they did find a tenant who so far, is pretty good. However it has been several months and I am still waiting for the balance of my security deposit. They are no longer returning my calls so I am moving this up the chain.
