No return of test papers

About the 8th AUGUST I enrolled to get a coresspondence program for Alchmey with Flamel College. I settled with this charge card $417.35. I e mailed my 1st check document about the 11th NOVEMBER that was ment to be delivered back in my experience within 3 months its today 4 WEEKS LATER 19th MARCH and that I haven't noticed something from Flamel College. I've delivered them E - mails that are delivered and that I have delivered published characters for them with no solution. I place in a TO HIGHER BUISENNES AGENCY in Sacramento.US, but Flamel School didn't answer the agency. I'm truly sorry that used to do not browse the damaging issues stated about Flamel School on numerous sites before I enrolled together them. It appears that I've dropped my hard earned cash and constantly I required to complete the check document.
