Century 21-pacesetter was detailing my home to market. We'd a customer who didn't obtain a mortgage. We shifted out since our customer desired to maintain by 12-15-08. We're no further required to Century 21 and were informed by our attorney we're able to record our house with another organization. Your present agent is not able to record our house about the MLS since Cen. 21 won't consider the home from agreement. They've received all correspondaces between our lawyer and also the customers attorney. They nevertheless declare they require a notice from our customer.
