Imagine my surprise upon learning of First USA's deceitful, unethical, illegal practices. I cancelled my card with them.

Received a letter stating my balance was zero. Then another statement indicated a thirty something dollar balance.

When I disputed that in letters and during calls back and forth with the company they assessed a $25 late fee each and every month so that they have now turned over a $248 charge to a credit report company.

How can we stop them?
