Bad samsung refrigerator

I bought a new samsung fridge 1/08 and had big issues with cooling after 6 months. Lowes delivered anyone to repair it, but it wasn't mounted. Lowes delivered the same person again and it wasn't mounted. They said that there is no problem with the system and refused to send anybody back to effect repairs. They'd not take the system back. They'd not refund my money. 1 week after the factory warranty went out, they said they were no longer responsible which i ought to contact the warranty people ($120.00 additional). They said the only person open to fix the system was the same guy lowes sent and he says there's nothing wrong with the system and therefore, there's no reason to emerge.

I've the original receipt and all paperwork and notes on fix connections. The warranty people would call every two weeksapproximately and have me when the fridge was still providing difficulty. I mentioned the system hasn't been set.
