Incompetent attorney gets a easy case handed to him on a platinum platter. Still messes it up BAD!

After a year of paying St. Andrew Legal Clinic to try to just get visitation of my son (with NO results) his mother got him taken away by DHS due to severe child abuse. DHS said it was the worst beating they have ever seen a child take.

I did get custody of my son, however, when you look at the parent time plan it states that his mother has him all but 6 days a month. So in a few years when this all goes back to court. It looks like the mom has had him. Not to mention that also affects the child support.

Antonio J. Gonzalez (the attorney in charge of the case) quit when he was asked how is this going to be fixed?

So now this little boy who has been abused all his life, who bites him self and inflicts other pain on himself will end up back in the home that started this bad behavior. A home full of drugs and violence.
