BigTime Scam Photographers. Do Not Deal With!

I had some personal photos taken of myself at Harlans home. I paid him in full and he promised I would have a disc mailed to me within a few days. It has been over a month now. I finally drove over 40 miles to his house last night to pick up the disc. I requested to view the pictures before I left to make sure there was something on the disc and he refused but ensured me that the pictures were on there. I got home and the disc was completely empty. Any time this man opens his mouth he is lying. He and his dad are subhuman beings just looking to rip off people. I will be following up the 12 News On Your Side, the federal authorities for internet fraud and Paypal. Lesson learned. I will never do business with anyone before checking them out thoroughly.
