Horrible experience

Poor and unprofessional customer support. Terrible expierence with stylist concerning the haircut I obtained (it had been NOT what I requested for or meant at-all, whatsoever) Stylist appeared like I had been worrying her on her behalf split or anything, Created no endeavor in talking with me or requesting the regular concerns a stylist might consult the customer. The initial haircut I needed having a face lengthed frank t - hits. How difficult is the fact that? She was all around the location, falling issues, reducing my hair without actually placing it into videos (soaking wet actually) She did not also acknowlege me after I asked questions and sometimes even after I informed her I had beennot pleased at-all towards the finish. Like... No reaction at-all, nothing... She endured together with her hands entered, all puzzled after I requested for 'side-swept hits' After I quit, I had been so annoyed... That I'd to visit another salon and reduce my hair down to repair the clutter of damaged hair on my mind!!! I didnot desire to be mean at that time however itis nearly as though she was mute & I had been truly attempting to request her-but I didnot: (To top it down, I didnot actually observe the stylist permit shown everywhere within the shop! When did that begin?) I made a lot of efforts with that shop, next terrible evening for an apology and feasible reimbursement-compensation which, incorporated calls towards the company and displaying personally twice. Was advised to consult with Local Director, "Amancia Williams" about looking after scenario. She'd a insufficient curiosity about assisting me and didn't return my phone after I was informed to anticipate one. (Stated she'd be calling me within 2 to 3 times, I obtained nothing.) Additionally published an email towards the 'Regis Company' about stated encounter & nevertheless heard nothing back.
