Put order on line for merchandise on 1-16-09. Received an email on 1-22-09 declaring item will be shipped in 1-2 months. It is today 2-17-09 and item still havent appeared. No tracking # on order. Called organization, might just leave concept, no response. E mailed organization, no response.
