Worst customer service

Purchased a drumkit there. Discovered when changing the covered player heads the covers were delaminating.introduced it back but since it was settlement they described how excellent of the offer it had been and just how I am the idiot. Therefore no results on clearance products even when they're useless. Spoken to supervisors and anything. 100% satisfaction my bottom. They offered me a performance promise but that does not start working till 2 weeks, then it'll consider 6 days to correct the package after which I'll have working package after 5-6 months of waiting. I really hope the corporation is out of company. Definitely the toughest customer support I Have ever endured the discomfort of coping with.
