Originally told us he had a $500k E O insurane policy, then it later came to light that he only had a $100k policy.

Borrower needed a notary with a $500k policy, so the notarized documents were no good. He collected a $200 fee for a service that had no benefit to any of the parties involved. He promised the borrowers a refund numerous times but never delivered.

Beware of this notary.
