They declare they've "live aid" for seven days per week (9:00am-9:00pm) at their site. It got 5 hours to talk to them. After I put my purchase, until it had been delivered out, no ansewer at thier toll-free amount, no-return telephone call to my voice-mail communication, or answer email for 3 and half-hours. She actually stated there is no concept by any kind from me. When they challenge me with this problem, I've the backup of the email communication and also the declaration of the telephone business.
