Poor service

I requested to get a 2GB SanDisk Memory Stick Pro Duo for Sony CyberShot camera from rediff onlineshopping. Nevertheless when exactly the same was sent to me, I came across that in the place of providing me a 2GB Memory Stick, they sent me a 1GB Memory Stay but billed me the price of 2GB only. I've recorded criticism at rediff customer service but nonetheless there's not been any reaction from their part. Additionally there's no quantity or current email address provided of the vendor from wherever the merchandise was sent.

This isn't the very first time that any such thing has occurred with me. Among my purchase of Nokia Headset isn't yet shipped, eventhough it had been requested nearly per month back.
