Unauthorized charge to my bank account

Checking my bank statement I found two charges to my bank account $35.75 from Mycashmaster.com 866-200-8961 no description, on 03/03/09 and $1.07 from the same company for International Transaction Fee on 03/03/09 I haven't authorized. First I thought this could be a bank fee and called the number. I am filing a filing a fraud report with my bank.
