Just pay S&H for Free Software, but hidden charges on my Credit Card

I found free grant writing software online from Federal Grant Commission. Just pay the Shipping and Handling of $2.79 they said.

I haven't recieved any cd in the mail but I did find 2 entrys on my Credit Card Account.
I haven't heard of 123-Funds. They charged the $2.79 S&H fee.
MyCashMaster is also on my CC account for $79.95. I had not heard of them or ordered anything from them.

I found the Editors advice here at usacomplaints.com helpful.
Bank of America Credit Card is handling the dispute for me.
