No customer service and credit card processing screw ups

The very first time I requested the Optibay from MCE systems per month before it never found its way to the mail, and that I never obtained a following number or even the cargo, despite getting a delivery confirmation email. I approached them many times to ultimately discover that my charge card was rejected. It was a business card with without any restriction and that I had bought a lot of things before and after with no issue.

They never approached me to I would like to realize that there is any issue using the purchase. So when I eventually discovered this out I reordered exactly the same item on a single card. To date I've again however to get any verification and am discovering it difficult to have ahold of these.
