Requested a Prom-Dress online through formaldress@uk.co.uk on Feb 27 at $155.00 lbs. Obtained the gown on March 4 nothing beats the web site, unsatisfied. I sent them back exactly the same time. They replied to inform us that since we were a global order-we couldn't return it. (There's nothing on the return policy declaring this) I actually donot need the gown and need to return it and obtain my cash back. I've been contacting them pretty much every evening and also have gotten no reaction.
