Declined to consider wrong size dress back

I requested a gown and also the woman about the telephone stated I really could return it easily was not happy. Additionally while I had been about the telephone i calculated myself and offered her my dimensions therefore she might select my size. She requested a dimension 4 styles too large. After I got the gown it had been four inches too large on each part. I approached the organization after getting the gown plus they declined to consider the gown back. PLUS THEY EXPLAINED I HAD BEEN WRONG! Today I actually donot possess a gown for my senior prom.
