GREENTREE DATA, ESBI, ETS, My Billing Guys, AgoraSolution, GreenTreeData, Laurentel, Info Billing, Your Product Bill Info Billing, Yo Slammed my telephone bill, unauthorized charges PO Box 50480

I just opened my Qwest phone bill and found an extra $8.23 fee added to it by this Greentree Data for "Enhanced Telecommunications Services". I did not authorize nor request this "service" and have been paying the same amount on my phone bill with a "bundled package" for years now. How does a company get away with doing this and why does Qwest allow it to happen?!
