SOLA And Cory Elrod Edward Wagner, SOLA License Agreements

Mr. Cory Elrod introduced me to SOLA and Edward Wagner. I initiated business with Mr. Wagner and SOLA June. We were dead in the water so I signed over a partnership for my Patents to Mr. Wagner and SOLA. They have turned things around for us. To date we have received 7 license agreements. SOLA has now entered my patents into 43 separate transactions. The transactions have allowed us to purchase a 5 million dollar manufacturing firm in New Jersey and we have generated revenues in excess of 100K monthly since July. Mr. Wagner has been a true Blessing. The problematic economy has not effected us.in fact business is increasing rapidly. We are having trouble keeping up with orders. We just signed a contract for 899K monthly initiating payment in July of this year. A true home run. Last week we received an offer for 18 million and are presently moving into contract. My total to date expense to SOLA & Wagner have been a little over 2K. My returns to date have exceed 5.9 million and growing quickly. I have met many of SOLA's partners and Licensee's. All are exceptional people. Some are extremely happy like myself and others wait for their patents to yield profits. What I do know is that Mr. Wagner does not claim to weave any magic. He claims success is achieved by hard work and the intellectual value of each independent patent. What I also know is that without Mr. Elrod, Mr. Wagner and SOLA I would still be listening to my attorneys, sitting on my patents, sitting on my hands and watching my patent fees drain into their legal pockets.
