I place an order online and it took several weeks to come. She also didn't respond to any of my emails until I threaten to report her to American Express. When it finally arrived it was totally not what I expected. The Quality of the hair was very poor. I paid 52.00 for hair that look like it was worth 10.00 at a Chinese shop. I emailed her several times and told her that I would return it back because I dissatisfied.

Well she didn't respond to none of my emails until I told her I would call American Express. She finally emailed me back after several weeks and said she couldn't take it back, even though it wasn't worn. Well to make a long story short she finally said she will take it back and credit my account. I sent it back and 4 weeks later she said that she didn't receive it. Well little did she know I made sure I had it certified. She still have not paid me for the return.

I have filed a report on her at American Express so it will get taken care of. But I wanted everyone to know not to deal with this website because she is not running her business right. The HAIR that you get from her is not top quality so i am warning everyone to stay away from this site.
