I also have already been cheated by the corporation

I also have already been cheated by the corporation. They named us providing their providers, excellent prices, etc. As we began employing this, that was just for 8 weeks, they began incorporating on costs that have been not revealed within the initial agreement. We delivered them a notice declaring that people no further desired to conduct business together.

That's once the fun began. Each month these were tugging unauthorized costs from our consideration which range from $11 to $99. Whenever we named them-they mentioned this was revealed to us within the agreement we closed. It WasN't. I approached our lender which set a stop on our account so they might no further withdraw costs from our consideration.

The interesting thing about Commanders is the fact that every time they withdraw money-they alter their title. From Commanders to Direct Merch Providers to Commanders Vendor and so forth. We've not completed company together since December. I tested my company account today, 12/30/09 and you know what they ripped $99 in “annual fees” from our consideration.

I approached them plus they explained that it had been a non refundable yearly charge which we'd never delivered them a notice ending our company transactions together. Wrong – we did. I requested to talk to a boss – his title is allegedly Bill – and that I was informed each one of the five occasions I've named he is possibly not there or about the telephone.

I've now set a freeze on our company consideration with this lender and certainly will document the required affidavits to try and gather the cash from their website. Don't conduct business with this particular organization. They're unprofessional and fraud artists.
