Fraudulent Company

On february 18 i made a purchase from an advertisement on msn.com. I ordered a grant software cd from grantwritingexpress.com for $3.95, which i never received. I did receive an acknowledgement email for the order stating that i had 7 days to view the software cd and cancel any future fees by the end of 7 days.

Although i never received the software cd as promised my account was debited $3.95 on february 19. On march 2, this company submitted a fee charge for $74.95 since i never cancelled because i never received my order.

I called them at 888-662-8762 several times at the number indicated but it is either always busy or it gives a message that the caller is no receiving any more calls. I did go online and requested to cancel my order and any and all further email information from the company. This is an attempt to steal my money since they have my visa debit card info. I went online to usacomplaints.com and did a search on their website. There are five other people across the usa that also received nothing and also had their money stolen by this fraudulent site.

Since i was unable to get any response from the company i filed a claim with my bank. They took the info on the company and credited my account for the full $78.90 while they investigate. I sent an email to msn.com to express my displeasure of posting advertisements from fraudulent company. I suggest all that have been duped by this company to do the same. Don't delay!

My bank's investigation on this company producted this: on monday, march 9 i received in the mail a package from grant help order. I presume it was the grant software cd ordered nearly a month ago. I refused delivery, requesting once again for them to cancel all orders, and return all my money.

I am still thinking i will file a complaint with www.ftc. Gov and postal service now that they used the postal service to mail out an item used in fraudulent purposes.
