Belk Department Store Charged late fees and the payemnts are not late

I did make a payemnt on a Belk credit card a few days late back in November. Ever since, I have been charged a late fee. That is an overcharge for Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr. I have paid more than the required minimum payment most months. I hadn;t been looking at my bill and pay it online. I started wondering why my balance wasn't going down faster and that is the reason.
