Charged me a flat fee of $8000.00 for irs representation and didnt do anything for me except file returnes and try to pursuade me into filing bankruptcy

Eddings delayed me for four years knowing that 4 years was the statute of limitations on which one could sue for breach in contract. I paid him $8000.00 to represent me in an oic with the irs and never accomplished anything. He avoided all of my calls for four years i filed a grevince with the state bar of texas, to no suprise that found no wrong doing on mister eddings behalf.
