Alarm system Totalt FAIL with no responce

On Saturday night, my family suffered a house fire that started in the garage, that could have taken lives of 4 people, had we not smelled the smoke, as our in line smoke detectors never went off.network Alarms is our monitoring companyand the company that installed the system. As we evacuated the family out of the home that was rapidly filling with smoke and soot, my husband hit the panic fire button. The sirens went off at this point, but, according to the monitoring company, when I called them after the fire was out, they NEVER received a signal. Since then they have not even called to follow up on this problem. This is the third time that the alarm system has malfunctioned in the last 18 months.
