Took $94.89 out of my checking account that cost me over 90 dollars in bank fees and they refuse to refund my money until i wait 88days

Co. Is forcing me to wait 88days for a refund. After I explained to them I was not aware of there policy. Because I didn't read the terms completly. I was under the impression it was only an 2.95 dollar charge for a disc. Then I find out they took 94.89 out of my checking account that cost me 90 dollars in bank fees. There telling me I won't qualify for a refund until I wait the 88 days. I don't want there program there offering not today not 88 days from now. The 94.89 was all I had in the bank for my utility bill that is now unpaid as the check bounced why shopuld i be forced to it the 88 days. Brian orlando florida
