Bad customer service

I waited 7 weeks to get a dinette collection. It had been just designed to get 8-12 months.in march I had been informed it'd maintain the following month. The following month converted into another 4 weeks. Today tomorrow was said to be my shipping day. They named to express the collection doesn't have feet with it. I believe these were stringing me along and that I WOn't get my collection. I'm deleting my deposit and that I WOn't actually conduct business there again. They're liars, cheaters and thieves. I'm really unhappy and that I locate them a shame. They've no idea what costumer support is or do they care.
