Didn't get what I paid for!

Three times before Valentines Day, I then found out that I'd be outoftown that weekend. I visited Proflowers and bought a flower place in a wicker container therefore my spouse might obtain anything good for Valentines Evening while I had been absent. I settled an overall total of $63.00 for what ended up to be always a scrawny little place that'snot large enough to protect the container it is grown in. I understand that I really could purchase a plant-like that in the nearby super market for 5 dollars.

I sent a contact to protest plus they mailed me back stating "sorry... We will send you another place... Simply let's understand what you'd like and wherever you'd enjoy it delivered". I told them I'd like what I taken care of (the image they'd of the place within their Valentine's advertisment). Ever since then I Have gotten nothing. No place with no more conversation.

I really donot think they plan to ensure it is RIGHT!
