Total Scam

I had been hounded by John Turilli, the sales rep, for about six months. He finally said he had 7 buyers for my timeshare that would buy immediately. I waited for the catch, the $700 to do the transaction. Nope. He then said it was refundable within 7 days. I said straight up if you do not call me back as promised within 48 hours, I would cancel. He said he had an immediate buyer for $10K, and others that would be interested at $30K.

After 48 hours elapsed with no call, I did what they said I had to do to cancel - certified letter to the specific address asking for my refund.

Oh, and did I mention the, "I'll give you my personal cell phone number, " bit. But when you call, he won't answer nor can you leave a message. Very nice set up.

I don't know the results of cancelling yet, but looking at the other complaints, it doesn't look promising. To Lori, if you go class action, let me know. I'm in.
